Who we are
TrustedGlazing is a trading name of HDCH Limited. For the personal data described below, HDCH Limited is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@trustedglazing.co.uk.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your postcode, and the district and town it resolves to.
- Details of the job: what you need, how many, which material, the property type, whether you own it, and your timescale.
- Which page you came from, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived by.
If you ask to be told when we cover your area, we collect only your email address and postcode.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use it to pass your enquiry to one vetted installer covering your area, so that they can contact you about the work you asked about.
Our lawful basis is consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, although we cannot undo a disclosure already made to an installer.
We also rely on legitimate interests for keeping records of enquiries we have passed on, so that we can resolve disputes and monitor installer performance.
Who we share it with
This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly. We pass your name, contact details, postcode and job details to one installer. That installer is a separate data controller and handles your data under their own privacy notice from the point they receive it.
We do not sell your enquiry to multiple installers, to lead aggregators, or to anyone else. We will tell you which installer received your enquiry if you ask.
We also use these processors to run the service:
- Cloudflare for hosting, form delivery and spam protection.
- Airtable to store enquiries.
- Brevo to send the acknowledgement email and notify us.
- Google Analytics for anonymised site statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Marketing
We do not send marketing. The acknowledgement email you receive after enquiring is a service message about the enquiry you made, not marketing. If that ever changes we will ask for separate consent first, as required under PECR.
How long we keep it
[NEEDS HUMAN SIGN-OFF] Retention periods to be confirmed by the owner. Our working intention is to keep enquiry records for two years from submission so we can handle disputes, then delete them, and to delete waitlist email addresses once we cover that area or after twelve months, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Transfer it to someone else in a portable format.

We set no analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them. See our cookie notice for the detail.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we share your data will be notified to anyone with an active enquiry.
