About

Who we are, and what we are not

TrustedGlazing is a window and door installer matching service, operated by HDCH Limited. We are an introducer: we do not manufacture, supply, fit or price anything. We match homeowners in Shropshire, the West Midlands and West Yorkshire with one vetted local installer.

The model

Sold once, to one installer

Most window and door quote sites work the same way. You fill in a form, your details are sold to everybody willing to pay for them, and then four or five companies ring you for a fortnight. The site earns more the more times it sells you on.

We sell each enquiry once. One installer receives it, and that installer has been checked. It is a smaller business to run, and it means turning enquiries away in areas we do not cover yet, which we do rather than take them anyway.

The money

How we make money

The installer pays us for the introduction. You pay nothing at any point, and no money should ever come to us.

That fee does not change your quote and it does not buy preferential treatment. An installer who fails our checks receives no enquiries whatever they are willing to pay. We would rather state this plainly than bury it, because how a free service makes its money is the first thing worth knowing about it.

What you pay: £0
Who pays us: The installer
Effect on your quote: None
What the fee buys: One enquiry
